This fun kid enjoys time spent with others and thrives on positive one on one attention. His caseworker states, "Emanuel has empathy towards others, evidenced by letting his inept caseworker win at board games when he is on a losing streak." Though this is a humorous statement, Emanuel truly does have great compassion and sympathy for others. He has great attachments with the adults in his life.A fifth grader this year, Emanuel does well in school and works at grade level. He is benefiting from an IEP (Individualized Education Plan).
It is important that Emanuel's forever family allow him to remain in contact with his biological siblings. The caseworker will consider placing Emanuel by himself or with his brother Willie.
