This week because of St. Patrick's day we decided to make some festive cupcakes. It was fun because we even got Kalista involved in making them. (she likes to mix and "plop" things:) The inside were rainbow...
And the outside had a little rainbow as well. They were supposed to have gold at the end of the rainbow, but someone swiped the rolos and wouldn't share, so they ended up being more spring-y than St. Patrick's day-ish. But that's alright, it took most of an afternoon to make them, and that helped us all survive the day, so it was good either way. (It was spring break this week, and by Thursday we are all pretty much ready for school to start again)
