Adia asked me what destiny is.
I told her it was something you are meant to do; the future you are meant to have.
For example, her destiny, I believe, is to be a leader because she is really good at leading, it is something that comes naturally to her, and it is a big part of her life. (If you've ever spent any amount of time with her, you know it's true)
She thought about it for a while and said. "Oh, like your destiny is to do the laundry?"
Yes Adia, it seems that this is my destiny.
It isn't much to look forward to, but at least it's consistent.
